We will concentrate on real estate and the area of Lake Don Pedro, mainly. In the first couple of articles we will tell you about the area itself and about homes that are usually offered in this area.

We will try to figure out who this area is more suitable for. Climate won’t be forgotten, because it is important to know the weather conditions of the area you are going to live or to go on vacations. Not all the people like surprises.

Let us stop making general discourses and talk about what it is possible to do in this area. First of all recreation. The are is open since 1971 and about 14 million people have visited it. The shoreline makes up 160 miles and the size of the surface area is approximately 13 000 acre-feet. When people come to this area, they enjoy boating, fishing, hunting, picnicking and so on. And the most exciting event of the year is the annual fireworks show that is conducted to celebrate the Independence Day.

To make vacations more convenient, all the guests interested in boating are provided with navigational maps and regulatory zones. Fishing lovers can enjoy their hobby all the year. The only limitation is tributary creeks area that is closed from November to April. But there’s more than enough room for keen fishermen!
